Workshops

A workshop centers an exchange of ideas as well as the demonstration and application of techniques and skills. By this definition, my workshops are true workshops! I specialize in topics of diversity & inclusion, educational equity, teaching practices, conflict management, life transitions, and mindfulness.

In order to create relevant workshops, I collaborate with stakeholders (i.e. the manager of the team for which I am facilitating). In order to create engaging workshops, I incorporate proven structures and strategies created by the National Equity Project and the International Coaching Federation. My priority is the learning and development of participants. After all, my workshops are their experiences!

Prices are determined by the number of attendees, related expenses (i.e. travel, materials), and the nature of the contract.

Coaching Sessions

I practice FLOW Coaching and Theory. In a nutshell, the FLOW Coaching Process is pluralistic and interdisciplinary.

This model is based on:

• Creative Therapies

• Creative Questioning

• Behavioral modelling

Did you know that a 60-minute professional coaching session typically costs $150?! I believe that creating access through affordability is the key to closing the opportunity gap. Therefore, JBCS offers coaching sessions for less than half the average rate!
